It will probably look as poor as the almost brand new Vaughn, NM location does which now is ran down. The most noticeable failure was that the same rude lady from the previous location is still there. She's very poor in customer service, inconsiderate and my suggestion would be to move her away from customers. Her demeanor alone is enough to make me boycott your brand new location. Fix your employees otherwise the infrastructure investment just tanked your investment. A lot of Roswell folks visit instead of going into town, but not so much if this continues.

The POS system for credit card signing isn’t working correctly. They’ve been having trouble with their Yesway rewards card at this location. A few of the employees don’t even ask if you have the card, when you go to scan the card it confuses them because they already skipped that step and assume you’re paying with a debit card. They failed to ask and when it screws up they act frustrated towards the customer. My second experience-I clearly stated reward card and payment method only to have the cashier forget because they didn’t know how to ring up products. Stores have issues but typically the cashier makes up for the deficiencies by providing polite services. Twice now the heavily tattooed woman cashier had been rude about it. Also she doesn’t listen and then acts very rude—demonstrating very little knowledge of her job and customer service. The building is only a few months old and the restroom was already in poor repair. Restrooms were not clean. Human waste covering the floor. Sad!
